Well, I’ve always been a little bit fascinated
with the Lloyd’s of London as a lot of our reinsurance
is placed through Lloyd’s of London. And the bell – it’s kind of a tradition
they use in Lloyd’s of London to announce either good news or bad news. It was used primarily in maritime shipping. When a ship would go down
or they couldn’t find a ship they would ring the bell
signifying they were going to have a loss. That story kind of translates
over to Grinnell Mutual. Coming up with the idea,
we thought it would be fun to have a connection with Lloyd’s
as another reinsurer. It was rung earlier this year. We picked up some new companies
and we had a bell-ringing ceremony. And we also celebrated
a few victories we had within the department
of different goals, different projects we completed.
